THE DAVID HICKS BOOK OF FLOWER ARRANGING (SIGNED)

85.00

First edition, published by Marshall Cavendish Limited, London, 1976

David Hicks’ panache is evident even in his flower arrangements; the plants embody the environment they find themselves in. Treated almost as art objects, these pieces add a living sculptural aspect to the rooms, feeding in and reflecting the complimentary colours within the furnishings and paints. Many of the photographs appear to be of a forgotten era, waiting to be reborn.
