VAL HENNESSEY – IN THE GUTTER: PUNK AND PRIMITIVES

Book Description
A rare punk document, with text by Sniffin' Glue founder Mark Perry and the now ubiquitous Danny Baker. The volume was compiled by Fleet street music journalist Val Hennessy and it includes some fantastic photos, unique to this book. Together the texts and images put forward Hennessy's slightly odd thesis that compares nose-ringed punks with body-modifying African tribes.
